Micho aim to impress 'football father'
New Orlando Pirates coach Milutin Sredojevic says he wants to prove himself to the chairman of the club, Dr Irvin Khoza, whom he considers a father figure.
The mentor, nicknamed 'Micho', re-joined Bucs for his second spell in charge after taking over from Swede Kjell Jonevret, who seemingly struggled to win over the dressing room.
As such, the former Uganda national team manager has been tasked with reviving a Sea Robbers outfit that has struggled to hit their best form in recent seasons.
In 2016/17, the side finished outside of the top eight and also suffered heavy defeats to the likes of SuperSport United and Mamelodi Sundowns.
The Serbian, who penned a three-year deal with the Soweto giant, said he is going to do everything possible to prove himself, including staying away from social media.
Sredojevic tweeted" "Wishing to prove myself to my football father Dr Khoza and army of Pirates supporters. I will pull out of Twitter to put full focus on task ahead."
