PSL MATCH TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The purchase and use of a ticket constitutes acceptance of the Full Terms and Conditions applicable to the purchase and/or use of a ticket (“the terms and conditions”) are available on the PSL website at www.psl.co.za and have been specifically drawn to the attention of the ticket holder prior to purchase of this ticket. Should there be any doubt about any term and/or condition this should be raised immediately.

2. No ticket holder will be party to any arrangement, or engage in any conduct, that directly or indirectly permits any form of advertising or drawing of any association of any sort between any commercial or other firm and a competition, a PSL event, the PSL and/or a Venue ("ambush marketing"), without prior written consent from the PSL.

3. Tickets are issued for personal use only and may not be sold, exploited commercially or non- commercially, transferred, or exchanged, or replaced after purchase. Entrance to a Venue may only be authorised upon presentation of a valid ticket (and upon request, proof of identity with valid photograph and signature). No pass-outs or readmissions will be issued.

4. All purchasers of tickets (and all ticket holders) consent to filming and sound recording at and of the Event as an attendee/member of the audience and to the use of any such recording in any broadcast in any territory in the world.

5. No person may bring into, or use within a Venue any equipment capable of recording or transmitting information or data in relation to the Event. Mobile phones are for private use only and no material, footage, information or data captured by mobile phone or any other equipment or device may be distributed for any direct or indirect commercial purpose.

6. Entry will not be permitted if the ticket holder or any person is carrying in his/her possession prohibited items, including ambush marketing items. Prohibited items will be confiscated and there will not be responsibility for any loss or damage to such prohibited items.

7. The ticket holder will comply with all instructions issued by the NSL, SAPS, or the Venue, during the event. The right to refuse admission to any person and to eject from the Venue any person who fails to comply with the terms and conditions or such instructions or who represents a safety or security risk, nuisance or annoyance is reserved.

8. The PSL accepts no responsibility and excludes to the maximum extent permitted by law any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons or property in or around the Venue. Any liability on the part of the PSL will be limited to the face value of the ticket and booking fee.
