2017/18 National First Division to kick-off on Saturday

The 2017/18 National First Division (NFD) will kick-off on Saturday 19 August 2017.

The last fixture block of the National First Division will be on 06 May 2018.

On Saturday, 19 August 2017, Highlands Park will kick-off their campaign to try reclaim their Premier Division spot when they play Jomo Cosmos at Makhulong Stadium.

On the same day, Black Leopards will travel to Mpumalanga to play Mbombela United at KaNyamazane Stadium while University of Pretoria will be hosting Mthatha Bucks at TUKS Stadium.

Newly promoted club, Uthongathi FC will play Royal Eagles at the Princes Magogo Stadium also on Saturday. The last fixture on the day will be Witbank Spurs against another newly-promoted outfit, Super Eagles FC at Puma Stadium.

On Sunday, 20 August 2017, Richards Bay United will play Real Kings at Umhlathuze Sport Complex while Tshakuma Tsha Madzivhadila FC will be at home against Cape Town All Stars in Giyani Stadium.

On Monday, 21 August 2017, Ubuntu Cape Town will play Stellenbosch FC in the Cape Town derby.
