As they approach today's crucial Promotion Play-off fixture, both Ajax Cape Town and Black Leopards know that three points is a must to keep their hopes alive of winning the mini-league.

The match will be played at Rand Stadium at 15h00.

Both clubs are tied on six points – with Ajax Cape Town currently on top with a superior goal difference. However, Black Leopards have played one game less. They will still play Tshakhuma next week on 21 September 2020 in what will be the last fixture of the Promotion Play-offs.

In their first round encounter at FNB Stadium, it was Black Leopards who emerged victorious beating Ajax Cape Town 1-0.

Ajax Cape Town, however, recovered remarkably thereafter and went on to beat Tshakhuma 5-1 a few days later.

Black Leopards have the most impressive defensive record in the Promotion-Play offs having conceded only one goal as compared to their opponents who have conceded four goals.
