Orbit’s survival hopes stalled after City fight back
Durban City fought back to hold Orbit College to a 1-1 draw in the Betway Premiership match played at the Chatsworth Stadium on Friday night.
The point kept City in sixth place on the table, as they turn their attention to the Nedbank Cup final against TS Galaxy on May 2 and they will be hoping to clinch their maiden major trophy.
Mswenko Boys, on the other hand, stayed 16th and will be looking to ease their relegation fears with a victory over fellow strugglers Magesi FC on May 5.

Although they had less of the ball, Mswenko Boys looked dangerous every time they attacked and the North West side broke the deadlock in the 20th minute.
Gomolemo Khoto scored his second goal of the season, after being set up by Lebohang Lesako, who provided his second assist of the campaign. The visitors went into halftime with a 1-0 lead.
After the restart, the hosts pushed hard for an equaliser and got their reward when in-form Jean Lwamba struck his third goal in three matches, levelling the score at 1-1 two minutes before the hour mark.
As the game entered its final stages, both sides threw everything forward in search of a winner, but neither could find the breakthrough, settling for a 1-1 draw.
